Manchester-born active-lifestyle brand Adanola has crossed the nine-figure mark, posting net revenue of 102.6 million pounds for the year ending March 31, according to Companies House filings released this week. That's up 21 percent from 84.5 million pounds a year earlier.
Gross profit rose 20 percent to 69 million pounds, and the customer base now sits at roughly 2 million. Gross margin slipped to 67.0 percent from 68.1 percent, while profit before tax came in at 17.2 million pounds.
North America was the fastest-growing region at 40 percent, with international markets now making up about 20 percent of revenue. Headcount grew to 125 from 95.
CEO Niran Chana, who joined from Gymshark in June 2024, pointed to a cash position that has more than doubled from 20 million pounds in fiscal 2024 to 41.5 million pounds in fiscal 2026, giving the brand room to invest across product, brand and the wider business.
The company secured a minority investment from Los Angeles private equity firm Story3 Capital Partners in August 2025, valuing Adanola at around $530 million, and opened a U.S. warehouse in December 2025.
Adanola remains primarily direct-to-consumer, with wholesale partners including Selfridges, David Jones, Ounass, Equinox and Soho House, plus newer additions De Bijenkorf and KaDeWe.
Founded by Hyrum Cook in 2015, the brand says more than 30 percent of its salable range now uses recycled or organic materials, representing about 45 percent of sales.
