She paired it with low-rise, wide-leg maternity jeans, finished with two-tone hot pink and fuchsia pumps from Aquazzura and a ring and bracelet from Bulgari's Serpenti collection, a brand she represents as global ambassador.
Her glam kept the relaxed feel, with a tousled ponytail by stylist Gregory Russell and makeup by Hung Vanngo featuring lined eyes and a bold crimson lip. Stylist Erin Walsh, author of "The Art of Intentional Dressing," curated the look.
The outfit continues a streak of high-fashion maternity moments for Hathaway, who wore custom Prada and Louis Vuitton pieces during "The Odyssey" press tour in July.
