Russian influencer Sofia Isakova, known online as dominic__ana, has posted a candid Instagram video detailing the less obvious drawbacks of breast implants. With 701,000 followers, Isakova warned that women should not undergo the procedure unless they can afford a follow-up surgery. “Many people end up needing a second correction. That’s just the statistics,” she said.
Isakova also addressed nipple sensitivity loss—something she says most surgeons avoid discussing. “I have friends for whom this was a tragedy. My own sensitivity dropped a bit, but after nipple piercings, it increased a hundredfold. I got lucky,” she explained.
Another surprise: finding bras with large implants is nearly impossible. “You’ll have to get them custom-made,” she noted. She also mentioned that breast tissue can thin over time, leading to sagging, though she personally finds the look “beautiful and natural.”
Finally, Isakova urged against anatomical (teardrop) implants in favor of round ones. “Anatomical ones can flip inside. You could wake up with crooked boobs. I don’t regret my surgery, but I’ll be switching from anatomical to round,” she concluded.
This comes after another blogger, Aleyga Kartmen, lost her tattoos during a breast reduction in Turkey earlier this year.
