Dolce Vita is bringing its campaign theme into a real home. On Wednesday, the Steve Madden-owned footwear and accessories brand opened The Dolce Vita Flat, a month-long residency at 179 N 10th Street in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood.

Instead of a traditional showroom or store, the brand transformed a second-floor loft into a fully furnished home. The space will host dinners, editorial appointments, styling sessions and community gatherings, drawing on the textures and influences of its "Designed to Be Lived In" fall collection.

Dolce Vita partnered with female artists, designers and local creatives, including Gabriela Mifsud, Sophie Lou Jacobsen, Sophia Mullin, Julia Mervis and Zoe Johnston of Spilt Milk Collective, plus With Others Brooklyn and Silence Please.

"The Flat is a natural expression of where we're taking Dolce Vita," president Lisa Greenwald said in a statement, adding that the brand wants to build deeper community relationships and that "this is a beginning, not just a one-off."

The opening follows Steve Madden Ltd.'s second-quarter fiscal 2026 results, which showed total revenue up 19.1 percent to $665.9 million. CEO Edward Rosenfeld credited Dolce Vita with strong growth across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
