Vandale Industries is set to introduce its Guess intimates and sleepwear collections this week, targeting spring 2027 retail sales. The product range spans bras, panties, corsets, sleepwear sets, chemises, and robes.
Paul Marciano, cofounder and chief creative officer of Guess, said the collections are a natural fit for the brand's lifestyle, and he emphasized the importance of partnering with a company that understands Guess's fashion-forward, confident, sexy, and aspirational identity. He expressed confidence in Vandale's commitment to quality and innovation, looking forward to a long-term partnership with growth potential.
In January, Authentic acquired a 51 percent stake in Guess LLC, a newly formed entity that owns and licenses most of Guess's intellectual property and took over most of its product licensing agreements. The remaining 49 percent is held by Guess cofounders Maurice and Paul Marciano, Nicolai Marciano, and CEO Carlos Alberini. The Vandale deal was revealed in July.
Vandale, based in New York, has built a dedicated team in design, merchandising, and sales focused solely on Guess. The collection draws inspiration from the feminine details and bold aesthetic seen in Guess's iconic imagery.
Albert Ades, CEO and founder of Vandale Industries, called Guess one of the most iconic and recognizable fashion brands globally, expressing pride in adding Guess to the Vandale portfolio and committing to building a world-class intimates and sleepwear business that reflects the brand's heritage.
Tim Reid, executive vice president and head of Authentic Luxury Group, noted that the partnership allows Guess to expand its lifestyle while preserving its distinctive identity and quality. The Guess division is led by Kim Kalosinis, executive vice president of brand management and merchandising, and Ilene Nachbar, executive vice president of design at Vandale.
The collections will be sold at department stores, specialty chains, and boutiques across the U.S. and Canada. Vandale's portfolio also includes intimate apparel and sleepwear for Lucky Brand, Vince Camuto, Izod, Steve Madden, Jessica Simpson, Anne Klein Intimates, Madden Girl, and Betsey Johnson. Last year, Vandale acquired Skin Worldwide, a luxury lifestyle brand.
