Jasmine Tookes wants the record set straight about those wings.
A viral clip circulating online showed the model saying her wings at the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show were "so heavy," and a video shared to Instagram claimed she was "fighting for her life" on the runway. Tookes pushed back in a comment under the post, writing, "This is awful..you caught me on the way back when i was almost off the stage..." She added, "Gave it my all going to the camera if you watch the real show."
On the runway, Tookes wore a multicolored bikini look with a sequined magenta cover-up over her bottom half and oversized pink tinsel-covered angel wings. She returned later in all-white lingerie under a beaded cover-up.
In her Instagram Stories, Tookes said she was "so happy" with how the night went and planned to share more moments the next day, signing off with "What a show."
She walked alongside longtime Victoria's Secret models including Gigi Hadid, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio and Candice Swanepoel. Miranda Kerr, who last walked in 2012, said she was invited back for this year's show, marking 20 years since her debut, but chose not to return. "I ultimately felt in my heart it was right to cherish this chapter as it was," she wrote.
