PVH Corp., the parent company behind Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, has appointed Alexis Rollier as its new chief financial officer. Rollier arrives with a resume polished at LVMH and a rare blend of experience spanning both European and American retail markets.
The executive previously served as chief financial officer for Sephora's Americas division, where he oversaw financial strategy across more than 600 stores in the region. Before that, Rollier spent years at LVMH, holding senior finance roles within the luxury conglomerate's fashion and leather goods units. His transatlantic background - having worked in Paris, London, and New York - gives him what analysts call a global vantage point that could prove valuable as PVH navigates shifting consumer habits.
Rollier replaces Scott Baxter, who stepped down last month. The appointment comes at a pivotal time for PVH, which has been streamlining operations and refocusing on its core brands. In a statement, PVH CEO Stefan Larsson praised Rollier's "deep financial expertise and international perspective," noting that his experience with both heritage luxury houses and modern omnichannel retailers aligns with the company's growth ambitions. Rollier is expected to start in early January.
