Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty business has reached profitability for the first time since its founding in 2008, according to company accounts. The firm, led by the former Spice Girl as creative director, recorded an operating profit of £7.3 million in 2025, a sharp turnaround from a £1.6 million loss the year before.
Lady Beckham called the result a moment of profitability and growth, noting that the brand is no longer seen as a celebrity label after two decades. She acknowledged past financial struggles, which were documented in a Netflix series last year. That show helped drive sales, especially in denim and jersey, while the beauty division, launched in 2019, saw one of its strongest years thanks to the popularity of Foundation Drops, which had a 25,000-person waiting list and doubled the skincare business.
The company had previously faced tens of millions in losses and was bailed out by her husband, Sir David Beckham, who described the difficulty of providing more money. In 2017, a £30 million investment from NEO Investment Partners in exchange for a 30% stake led to a restructure that addressed what Beckham called "mindblowing" waste, including flying chairs across the world and spending £70,000 a year on office plants.
Chairman David Belhassen said the business is now positioned for profitable growth with strong fashion and beauty engines. CEO Sybille Darricarrère Lunel called the first operating profit a landmark, especially given a challenging luxury market.
