God Save Queens is a Polish women's label selling lingerie, second-skin bodywear, activewear, swimwear and ready-to-wear through its own online store, which is written first in Polish and prices its goods in złoty. The name is often garbled in retail listings, including as "God Saves Queen," but the brand's own spelling is God Save Queens, in capitals, a play on the British anthem that turns the single monarch into a plural. It is a young direct-to-consumer brand rather than a heritage lingerie house.
The public record on God Save Queens
The brand says very little about itself. Its website shows product categories, prices and an English tagline in the self-confidence register common to direct-to-consumer labels. It does not name a founder, give a founding year, state where the company is based or say where its clothes are made. There is no article on the brand in English or Polish Wikipedia, and we found no trade-press profile to fill the gaps. This entry therefore describes the brand through its range and its place in the Polish market, and leaves its corporate history to sources that may appear later.
How the range is organized
The store's navigation has five main departments. "Bielizna," Polish for lingerie, comes first. Next is Second Skin, the brand's body-hugging line, followed by Second Skin Studio, its activewear offshoot. Ready-to-wear and "stroje kąpielowe," swimwear, round out the list, with small accessories such as tote bags and socks.
Second Skin and the studio line
Second Skin appears to be the brand's core idea. The name describes a garment that sits flat against the body like a layer of skin: smooth stretch knits, bodysuits and close-fitting tops that can be worn as underwear or on their own. The Studio extension takes the same fabrics to the gym. Its pieces include crop tops, halterneck tops, high-waisted leggings, biker shorts and bootcut leggings in a restrained palette of black ("Onyx"), ivory and a gray-brown called "Mushroom."
Prices sit in the mid-range for Poland. When we checked, a Studio crop top cost 229 złoty, a halterneck top 259, high-waisted leggings 329 and bootcut leggings 379. That is well above the mass-market chains, in the band where small direct-to-consumer labels usually price their basics.
The pattern is familiar from the wider market. Brands such as SKIMS showed that smooth, neutral-toned bodywear could move between underwear, loungewear and outerwear, and that a single knit could be cut into a bralette, a bodysuit, a legging and a thong. God Save Queens works in the same register for a Polish and wider European customer.
Where it sits in Polish lingerie
Poland has one of Europe's strongest lingerie industries, but its reputation rests mainly on structured bras in an unusually wide spread of sizes. Makers such as Ewa Michalak, Gorsenia and Comexim became known among bra-fitting enthusiasts abroad for offering deep cups on small bands, often at prices well below Western brands.
God Save Queens comes from a different direction. Its lingerie is closer to fashion bodywear than to bra engineering, and it sells it alongside leggings and swimsuits rather than as a fitting specialty. Its store sells in many currencies and ships abroad, which puts it in the generation of Central European labels built online first, selling through social media and their own sites rather than department stores.
What is missing
The open questions are the basic ones. Founders, founding date, production location, ownership and size of the business are not public in any source we could reach. The brand's website does not publish an about page under the usual addresses, and a Polish Wikipedia search returns nothing. Until the company or the trade press supplies those facts, God Save Queens is best described by the evidence of its own store: a Polish label with a punning English name, a neutral second-skin aesthetic and a range that treats lingerie, activewear and swim as one wardrobe.
