Its full filing history runs to three entries: the incorporation, a first Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off on 20 July 2021, and final dissolution on 5 October 2021. Compulsory strike-off usually follows missed statutory filings, such as an overdue confirmation statement, rather than a formal insolvency. The company existed for about 17 months.

Whether this company ever sold the garments now in the archive is unknown. The name is generic enough that an unrelated seller on a marketplace or a social shop could have used it.
