A backless or low-back bra has an extension strap that drops the band several inches down the back, allowing it to sit below the neckline of a low-back dress. Some versions use a convertible strap that hooks to the front center of the bra and wraps around the waist.
This is a specialty bra for evening wear and backless tops.
How to Identify
- Back band sits unusually low (at the waist or lower ribs, not under the arms)
