Fleur du Mal 2027 begins with a gym bag. The New York lingerie and ready-to-wear label, founded in 2012 by the designer Jennifer Zuccarini, launched its first activewear line, Fleur du Sport, in mid-April 2026, and it has spent the rest of the year with its lace pieces worn in public, on stages and at dinner, as clothes.
Fleur du Sport, April 2026
WWD broke the news as an exclusive in April 2026, and Luxus Plus followed on April 24 with the details. The capsule covered shaping leggings, sweatpants, a molded sports bra, a recovery T-shirt, a sweatshirt and stretch lace bras. The fabrics were compression knits without spandex, plus French Leavers lace and shimmering silks, in black, bright red and leopard print.
The idea was to fold the brand's lingerie fit and detailing into performance pieces, with Zuccarini describing the mix as "performance and sensuality". In practice it is the same approach the label has always taken to its sports bras and bodysuits: a garment that does its job, with enough lace or shine to be worn out of the house. Activewear is a crowded field for a lingerie brand, and Fleur du Mal entered it with one capsule rather than a separate line.
Four boutiques, three of them in New York
At the time of the launch the brand had four stores, Luxus Plus reported: two in Manhattan, one in Williamsburg and one in Los Angeles. The brand's site in October 2026 lists them as Nolita, the Upper East Side, Williamsburg and Los Angeles. Few independent lingerie labels in the US run that many of their own shops, and the bias toward New York shows in who wears the clothes.
Fleur du Mal 2027 on celebrities
The past year's public record is mostly people wearing the label.
- In November 2025 Tyla played Ariake Arena in Tokyo in a custom lime green and fuchsia set built on the brand's All Star demi bra and cheeky bottoms, designed for her by Fleur du Mal, theFashionSpot reported on November 12.
- In May 2026 Nina Dobrev posed in the white Mia lace long robe with De Beers diamonds, AOL reported on May 29.
- In September 2026 Jessica Alba went to dinner in New York in a black lace micro dress with a plunging V neck and scalloped trim, Reality Tea reported on September 19.
Two things stand out. The pieces are lace first, and the custom Tyla set shows a studio willing to make one-off stage costume. Both fit the visible-lingerie mood that runs through the 2026 shows, where slips, robes and lace dresses are worn as evening clothes. Fleur du Mal has sold that idea since it opened.
What is on the rails now
The October 2026 site leads with the Delilah collection and a Butter Soft Lace range in raindrop blue and black. The Lily embroidery set is presented as a house signature, the Bianca lace line runs in lime punch, black and neon coral, and the Seduce U-plunge comes as a bodysuit and a midi dress. A Halloween shop sits next to bridal, swim and knitwear. Bright acid shades next to black is the clearest color message the brand is giving.
Context from the label's first decade
Zuccarini started Fleur du Mal after working at Kiki de Montparnasse and, from 2008, as a lingerie designer at Victoria's Secret. The name comes from Baudelaire's 1857 poems. The longer history, including the boutiques' opening dates, is on the Fleur du Mal brand page.
The brand has not announced a Spring/Summer 2027 collection or a runway show in the sources checked. Its 2027 so far is a label known for lace bodysuits that now also sells a $395 sweatshirt, which is a bigger change than any new color.
